Red berry smoothie
Among fruits, berries such as strawberries, blueberries or raspberries have a low sugar content. Consuming them will therefore not disrupt hormone secretions, such as testosterone or oestrogen, unlike eating fruit with a higher sugar content. Here is the recipe for my red berry smoothie, for 4 people:
– 450 grams of frozen red berries
– 1 inch ginger
– 6 mint leaves
– 600 ml mineral water
Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
