Have you ever wished of having a dream body, the ideal weight or a perfect belly? Here are a couple of tips to help you keep fit!

Control your weight: it is better to stop caffeine and alcohol, because they carry risks of cardiovascular disease and obesity. It is important to eat proteins (meat, fish, …) because they contain amino acids. If amino acids are scarce, then the skin and belly muscles will atrophy. Nevertheless, do not forget my golden rule: avoid protein in the second part of the day. This way, you will not put your body into hypothyroidism which causes a slowing of the conversion from T4 to T3.

What about fats? It is common to think that you have to ban high-fat foods from your diet to lose weight. However, foods that are high in saturated fats are extremely important in the production of adrenal and sexual hormones.

What we absolutely must not eat are the cooked fats, which have become toxic as a result of cooking at high temperatures. There is no danger in eating healthy saturated fats.
