A few years ago, I suffered from<strong> a hearing loss that fortunately was not irreversible<\/strong>, I was able to get rid of this disorder by <strong>adopting a good diet<\/strong> and <strong>changing some aspects of my lifestyle<\/strong> (reducing my use of earphones for example). Hearing loss occurs when <strong>you can no longer hear sounds below 25 dB<\/strong>.
