THANK YOU to Dr. Lucie Wetchoko and Dr. St\u00e9phane R\u00e9simont for their contribution.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Dr. Lucie Wetchoko\u00a0<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T3 intake\u00a0<\/strong>is\u00a0important for the quality of life of a diabetic man because\u00a0it<strong>\u00a0decreases\u00a0the conversion of testosterone in estrogen <\/strong>(in men).<\/li>\n<li>The decrease in estrogen (in a man) improves his libido and metabolism.<\/li>\n<li>Eat <strong>fruits<\/strong>, <strong>vegetables<\/strong>, and <strong>products from the sea<\/strong> (<strong>algae<\/strong>, fish, seafood&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avoid <\/strong><strong>protein<\/strong>\u00a0in the evening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Dr.\u00a0<\/strong><\/u><u><strong>St\u00e9phane R\u00e9simont\u00a0<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Favor low glycemic index foods.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eliminate slow\/fast sugars<\/strong>\u00a0because if unused they will be converted into fat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Magnesium<\/strong>, <strong>Vitamin\u00a0D<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Omega 3 <\/strong>supplements.<\/li>\n<li>Take\u00a0<strong>psyllium at each meal.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical <\/strong><strong>activity<\/strong>: <strong>at least 30-45 minutes a day<\/strong>\u00a0with perspiration and tachycardia.\u00a0<strong>If at least 5x per <\/strong><strong>week<\/strong>:\u00a0fat burning after 20 minutes, during 40 consecutive hours:\u00a0increased basal metabolism (which depends on the function of the thyroid and muscle mass).<\/li>\n<li>Take\u00a0<strong>cinnamon<\/strong>, <strong>carnosine<\/strong>, <strong>chromium<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>selenium<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>zinc<\/strong>.
